I don’t think I’ve done a very good job so far with writing intriguing content. This is evident from the lack of comments even though traffic has been surprisingly good. That’s somewhat of a downer for me because it takes a decent amount of time to write for this site and perhaps it is time wasted. One thing is for sure, buying a domain with “daily” in the title means you have to actually update daily. That’s a bad idea if you lead a busy life, hence why I only update Monday through Friday.

I don’t feel like I’ve found my “voice” yet for this site so that might explain the sporadic writing styles. Starting out, I wanted to write articles but the more I work on The Daily Downer, I am beginning to think a more conversational tone would be better since the other style feels forced for me. I’d like to hear your opinion on what you like about the site and what you dislike. What are you favorite posts so far? Least favorite?
