Compared to history, life now doesn’t seem like an interesting time period. There aren’t a lot of things going on that I would call fascinating. I think historians will skip over this time period in history books as Chapter 27: Not That Important, Please Turn To Chapter 28.
Life sucks and is kind of a waste. It’s almost like right before the turn of the 20th century which I would argue was just as boring as now. The most entertaining thing out of that time period was the Oregon Trail computer game and they didn’t even get to play it. Maybe 80 years from now life as we know it will be a game where you sit in an office cube and act busy. That would be AWESOME! If only life was as much fun as the Oregon Trail computer game then maybe I wouldn’t be as bored at work.

How can you say there aren’t a lot of things going on?!? Hello War in Iraq?
I’m sure historians will have a ball skewing whats happening now in our history books.
Hi Amanda - Nice to see a comment from you again. My intentions weren’t to say that we are without an abundance of things happening now. Far from it. They have 24/7 news for a reason (even though most of the time it’s filled with fluff). What I was trying to say was that things now don’t seem like they’re interesting or fascinating to me.
