HDTV is so much better than normal TV. In fact, HDTV is so much better than normal TV that I can never go back to watching sporting events in lowly 480i or p or whatever that means and that’s the problem. Now I have to pay $12 extra a month to get my 15 HDTV channels. I was perfectly happy with the channels I had before but now that I have 15 awesome channels in HD, I have 200 others that I can’t stand to watch anymore.
I find myself watching things I couldn’t care less about just because it’s in HD. For example, speed skating was on a few days ago and I sat there mesmerized. Before you try to question my masculinity, have you ever seen speed skating in HD? OK, I probably shouldn’t have watched it.
Another thing about HD, you can now see the flaws of each person on TV. The yellow on people’s teeth is brilliantly shown in HD. As I type this, I can see this guy talking about the universe and I can practically see the bits of chicken from his lunch stuck in between his yellow teeth. Considering that I haven’t seen any bikini competitions on HDTV, I cannot recommend getting HDTV.

Yep totally agree!!! It makes me sick to my stomache when I go to a friends house and am forced to watch that diarrhea quality picture!!!!
Oh yeah, I am so there with you!!! I was channel surfing the HD channels and ended up on some fashion channel with a swimsuit fashion show from Miami. Oh yes, my friend, there ARE bikinis to be found in HD!!
