There are lots of ways you can approach creating abundance in your life. Do you deserve to be happy? Of course you do! However, you may not know how to get the happiness you both want and deserve.

Do you have a positive image of who you are, or do you possess a negative image? Before you can focus on creating abundance, you must become aware of the fact that you deserve what you want.

How do you get abundance in your life? Take a few minutes out of your time right now just to focus on a couple of things you would like to have. Think of why you need those things and how you can get them. Do this every day for a few weeks. This will help you to become convinced that you need those things as well as the reasons why. Naturally, you will know that you deserve them because they will be the center of your focus.

It is important to be an ambitious and goal-oriented person when creating abundance. You must feel inspired to go after the things you want.

If you know that what you want is something you deserve, it will come to be yours in one way or another. It may not happen overnight, but because you are driven toward the passion for what you deserve, you will unconsciously obtain it.

When it comes to creating abundance, your thoughts and actions matter. Your dreams and desires begin with your thoughts. Now, it’s up to you to take those thoughts and turn them into action. However, creating abundance should never feel like work.

A lot of the reason why people never achieve their goals in life as well as never have the things they want is because they believe that there is no way of getting them. They lack faith in themselves and therefore lack the ability to make big things happen.

Sit down right now and envision how you want your life to be. Don’t just think about material things you want, but focus on positive mental and emotional attributes, too, like peace. As you do this, focus as well on becoming more ambitious and more determined. These qualities will help you push through obstacles until you get to what you want. There are no limitations your life except for those you’ve set up in front of yourself. It really is that simple when it comes to creating abundance.

Now, you can also focus on negative things and thus avoid achieving goals or building the life you want. If negative people are in your life, you can ignore them, or you can include them in discussions about creating abundance, as well, so that happiness can flow freely for them, too.

Your mind is what determines all of your actions. If you are convinced that you will never be happy, own that big home, or nice car, then you will unconsciously do things that continue to prevent you from creating abundance.

However, if you think you deserve these things and you really want them, AND you know you can get them in one way or another, even if you’re not sure just how yet, you’ll find a way — and best of all, it won’t be hard.

This day in age, people are turning to religion in droves. Christianity, Islam, Hinduism and Buddhism has embedded it\’s ideology in the hearts and minds of millions globally. While all these religions deserve respect and tolerance, few in the west have a grasp on the complicated concept of Buddhism.

The end all and be all of online encyclopedias, Wikipedia grabs the first slot on a Google search for the term Buddhism and the breakdown reads like this: \”Buddhism is a religion and a philosophy encompassing a variety of traditions, beliefs and practices, largely based on teachings attributed to Siddhartha Gautama, commonly known as the Buddha (Pali/Sanskrit \”the awakened one\”). The Buddha lived and taught in the northeastern Indian subcontinent sometime between the 6th and 4th centuries BCE.

He is recognized by adherents as an awakened teacher who shared his insights to help sentient beings end suffering, achieve nirvana, and escape what is seen as a cycle of suffering and rebirth. Buddhism is traditionally conceived as a path of liberation attained through insight into the ultimate nature of reality. What exactly is lucid dreaming though? How can you start using dream control? Are there benefits associated with being able to sit in the directors chair for your dreams? In this article, well look at how dream control works and what it can do for you.

What Is Dream Control?

Dream control, or lucid dreaming is when you are completely aware that you are dreaming while you are doing so; and in control of the events which take place within your dream. Even while your body is sound asleep, your mind knows that you are dreaming and you are in the directors chair for the proceedings.

People who suffer from nightmares frequently can find relief with dream control. Once they learn to use this powerful technique, they can banish their nightmares and get the restful sleep they need.

Common Techniques For Inducing Lucid Dreaming

Binaural audio is a very effective method of inducing lucid dreaming. Binaural audio consists of two slightly different frequencies simultaneously; this brings about the necessary state of relaxation and the synchronization of the brain waves needed for lucid dreaming to occur; namely, REM sleep.

Prior to the advent of binaural audio technology, now available on CDs and DVDS, meditation and self hypnosis were used to bring about dream control. While these methods are indeed effective, it can take a considerable amount of time to become expert at these techniques.

Other than these methods, many others have been used by psychologists and sleep researchers. However the mind is trained to assert dream control, the object is the same; to enable the dreamer to realize that they are dreaming and to begin taking the reins of their dreams.

This kind of metal training begins, of course while we are still fully awake. The aim is to give yourself a cue; either an action or a word which when performed in your dream, will serve as your signal that you are dreaming; which lets you start exerting dream control.

You may be able to do this by simply telling yourself as you are falling asleep that in your dream, you will do or say something and then you will know that you are dreaming. Once you know that you are dreaming, lucid dreaming has begun.

This particular method to dream control is referred to as MILD, or mnemonic induction of lucid dreams, which was discovered by scientist Dr. Stephen LaBerge. With this approach, your brain is then in complete control as to what occurs in the dream, meaning that nothing could or would come of harm to you as it\’s simply all in the mind and you are only limited by your own imagination.

Another means of achieving lucid dreaming is by keeping a dream diary or journal, using a small notebook and pen kept by your bedside to write down everything you can remember in the minutes after waking up. After doing this for a few nights, you\’ll start to notice being able to remember what you\’ve written and have a similar dream in which you can then begin to control what happens.

Tame monsters in your nightmares, \’visit\’ any location you wish, explore imagined worlds that you envision within your own mind, speak to anyone you like, and basically be free of all worldly constraints and limits. With dream control, all of this is possible, in essence, giving us the power to be the ruler of our own nightly fantasy worlds where we are in complete control of everything that transpires.

However, there can be too much of the good thing which is lucid dreaming. Dreams can tell us important things, according to psychologists. So while you should unlock your full potential to have lucid dreaming experiences, make sure to give yourself some time off now and then to have natural dreams.

Introduction: A lot of people consider wealth as the key to living a comfortable life. Oftentimes this is exactly the main reason as to why many people become unhappy especially when life’s problems are dealt with. It should be well understood that there are so many other things that can make life happy aside from money.

Step 1. List down all of the things of which you are thankful for. While there are a lot of bad things happening in your life, surely there are things which you possibly are thankful for or happy about. Write them on your notepad.

Step 2. When you feel any painful emotions coming up (anger, hatred, sadness and the like), channel your thoughts on the things you have written on the list. Think about or read the list every morning and night as well.

Step 3: Free yourself from financial obligations. This means that you have to pay off everything that you owe to keep you from constantly worrying about your debts. Using your credit card to shop or making another loan is never a solution. Instead you have to ensure that everything else is paid off but mortgage.

Step 4: Bring out your writing materials and make a list of your life’s goals. All goals should be realistic and also attainable both in a short and long term basis. A few examples of these are like:

- Have a bubbly personality and give everyone a smile

- Learning a new hobby

- Finish a new book every week

Step 5. Tell yourself that you are beautiful. No, you aren’t being narcissistic. Just look at the mirror and tell yourself that you are beautiful. Remember that when you feel good, you start to look good.

Step 6. Stop wanting too many things. We sometimes become sad because we want all too many things at once. Take your financial status into consideration and look at it realistically. Figure out what you can afford and start from there. Splurge once in awhile as long as it is within your budget, and if you want something that’s not, then try to save.

Step 7: Value your relationship with others especially with your family. Do you currently share a good relationship with your parents, siblings and or friends? If not, make an effort to tweak it and bend it the right way. Foster healthy relationship with them as well as bridging gaps.

Step 8. Take up a sport or a hobby. Try something new, or try everything new until you find out what you eventually like. This can keep you preoccupied, especially if you spend a lot of time doing nothing.

Step 9: Live a healthy lifestyle. This means that you do not only have a healthy body but a sound mind as well. Take control of your diet and lifestyle. A better and healthier life awaits you if you do this.

Step 10. Always think positive. Whether it’s about your current situation, or about the way you look – confidence is still key.

Tips:

- Try to live and adapt to it. Understand that there are things you can and you can’t buy.

- Remember that not all things in life are free, and some things come as a result of hard work.

- Smile, laugh and enjoy life.

Sahasrara

Happiness and health are the two major factors of an abundant life. Abundance does not mean merely material things and earthly possessions but also having love and support from the people around you and be doing a job you enjoy.

Abundance does not just happen accidentally to people. Either you change yourself for the better to make abundance happen or you unconsciously attract it through your positive beliefs and actions. The important thing about it is that you deserve to experience abundance in life just as it is experienced by other people. So start your self development and improvement now to attract abundance into your life.

Everyone can have an abundant life. If you want to start attracting abundance now, start by being grateful of the things and the people you already have right now. You should do this even if you are in such a situation where being grateful is the last thing you want to do due to the difficulties you are facing now. Instead of being bitter because others seem to have the best things in life while you are suffering hardship, be grateful still; and eventually you will realize that you do have a lot of things to be thankful for.

If you find it hard to think of things that you should express gratitude, why not keep a journal or a list of the things you have everyday. After a tiring day and before going to bed, make at least a short list of the things that you can be grateful for. It could be a safe trip home from work or from school; it could be a few friends who smiled at you; it could be the food and water you ate throughout the day; and many more. By giving thanks to at least five of these things every night, you will tend to think of more things to be grateful about each day. This is a very positive step in experiencing an abundant life.

It is also important to consider your emotional condition when you aim to live an abundant life. Your positive feelings and habitual emotions can pull the abundance into your life. The people who support you and encourage you to feel good despite the untoward incidences in life are important as well. If you will remain to feel negative feelings, you will only attract more similar negative events into your life, rather than abundance.

What you feel and what you think are the things that affect you and your personal being. If you think negative and you feel bad, you will tend to experience bad incidences as well. In order to attract abundance into your life, think right and feel right. Guard your emotions so as you will disregard negative feelings and guard your mind from thinking bad things against others so that it will not lead you to do wrong. Change yourself for the better even if you find it hard to do. In the end you will get the benefits and experience abundance.

In changing your approach to life and your negative beliefs into positive things, you will soon start to see the benefits. There are times you will find it hard to pursue, but the hardship that you will experience will all be worth it once you have achieved your goal of attracting abundance.

These are some of the tools that people can use to bring changes into their lives. There is a category of people who feel nervous when they face an audience; some are extremely shy in so much as they start living reclusive lives. This is not how one should be living their life. For some people, shyness becomes some sort of a shell. It is quite safe, secure, warm and quiet for them. The flip side is that is can become highly dark, desolate, and confined.

Ask the family and friends to support and guide you. When faced with difficult situations, rely on them to seek pointers and guidance. When you are aware that there is someone out there to support you, life becomes much easier. Slowly and gradually, you will see that you are losing your fears and inhibitions. After gaining a social life, it will be interesting to see how easy it is to meet new people.

One now has many remedies to minimize shyness. Start taking one step a day or week, which will ensure that shyness turns out to be history. One can try a lot of other things as well, but these pointers can help you get to the right direction.

Why You Need Speed Reading?

People sometimes get frustrated because they fall behind when reading and learning due to the huge amounts of reading material they must absorb for school or work. So many books are being written worldwide, that readers sometimes have difficulty keeping up with the production of fiction and non-fiction works. It can be really amazing trying to keep up with it all ” dont you think.

In the speedily changing and highly competitive business world, with new products and services, and new upgrades introduced every week, speed reading really comes in handy. Most corporate millionaires now read two or three business related books every week. Thats a lot of work for those unfortunates who dont have speed reading abilities.

SPEED READING enables people to learn up to twice or three times what they normally read in the same time.

Reading researchers in the past determined that the brain is competent of comprehending and cataloguing from 10,000 to 50,000 units of information every minute. The length of a unit is about one word. The bodys five senses are receptors for data, which it transfers to the subconscious mind to be recorded for posterity. When the conscious mind needs information, it is recalled from the subconscious. Then it surfaces the necessary data for processing and use, much like a computer.

An interactivity exists between the brain, which well just imagine is the computer CPU, and the mind which consists of thoughts and memories. All information gets processed in such a way that we can learn it.

The data that we receive, process and evaluate comes from our five physical senses. With that data, our mind makes decisions, choices and judgments. We learn through our five senses (i.e. sight, smell, hearing, touch, taste), which are already pre-programmed to respond automatically.

A good example of pre-programmed action: Consider the example of the teen boy who smells pizza and what his reaction is. It is similar to Pavlovs dog, because his senses send a message to the brain in the form of a thought.

The perception of sensing our favorite food is a mental exercise, compared to the reaction of swallowing which is physical. Therefore, brain and mind is where the action is and the body is where the reaction is.

Learning this system of speed reading will encourage the use of three of the five senses. That is a method that will strongly influence your mind to remember, recall and understand; beyond that, well teach you techniques for becoming a better and more efficient reader.

Statistics: The average American high school graduate (I know this sounds strange, but many are graduating without the ability to read at an eighth grade level), reads at about 200 words per minute. A college student reads 20% faster at 300 words per minute.
